Organic Recipe 

I am Italian, I grew up eating classic pasta dishes. My grandmother and mother are excellent cookers, they have been always cooking many different dishes. Every region has its own recipes and dishes. I am from Rome where La carbonara and La amatriciana are characteristic dishes of the region, I tried to learn from their recipes. 

I started to eat gluten-free and noticed many digestive improvements, so I started to search for the best organic gluten-free pasta on the market.

Even there are many  Certified Non-GMOs pasta brands out there, I still recommend selecting only USDA Certified organic pasta products since they are more strict than just non-GMOs.

The Celebrities Bieler's Broth 

🍵Have you ever heard of “Bieler’s broth”? Well, it is not just soup, but is considered medicine! Created by Henry Bieler,  pioneer of nutrition healing and author of Food is Your Best Medicine,

this healing soup has been the favorite meal of many Hollywood celebrities, such as Greta Garbo and Lucille Ball.

Organic Smoothie Bowl Recepie

Here's a delicious smoothie bowl recipe using organic coconut flour! Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons organic coconut flour

  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

  • Toppings: sliced fresh fruits, shredded coconut, granola, nuts, or seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, almond milk, organic coconut flour, organic chia seeds, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk gradually to reach your desired consistency.

  2. Once blended, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  3. Now it's time to get creative with your toppings! Add a variety of sliced fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, or banana. You can also sprinkle shredded coconut, granola, nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavor.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious and delicious smoothie bowl!

Note: Feel free to customize the recipe by adding other ingredients like spinach or kale for a green smoothie bowl, or protein powder for an extra boost. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your homemade smoothie bowl made with organic coconut flour!

Organic Dragon Fruit Bowl

💠 Better than ice cream! Here is what you will need:

1️⃣ Organic Dragonfruit Superfruit Smoothie Packs

2️⃣  Unsweetened Almond Milk

3️⃣ Organic Banana

4️⃣ Organic Manuka Honey 

Cinnamon to stabilize blood sugar

BASE: Blend 1 dragon fruit with half a cup of milk and 1 organic banana. If you prefer cooler, use frozen banana or this frozen fruit mix.

Topper: nuts of choice, organic berries of choice, 1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey, and organic bee pollen

add some Organic Cinnamon to stabilize blood sugar.

With this, you won't have cravings for empty sugary ice cream! I promise you!

Sweet Peppers & Cheese GF Spaghetti

💠 A traditional Italian dish made by generations in Rome where I am from. One of my favorite. 

1️⃣ Cybele's Free To Eat Superfood Veggie Pasta

made with: Green Lentil, Cauliflower, Parsnip. High on protein: 14g of protein compared to 6g of protein in regular pasta.

2️⃣ 1 Organic  Red pepper 

Considered the healthiest of the other peppers: green, yellow, orange, and red. 

3️⃣  1 Organic  Orange  Pepper

4️⃣ Organic Goat Log

Delicious USDA-certified organic goat cheese.

Cut to pieces the peppers and cook in a pan with organic olive oil with Organic Frozen Mirepoix.

Add some salt, organic turmeric, Organic Ginger, this Italian seasoning. and this approved salt.

After 15 minutes when they are cooked, blend all with the goat cheese and some fresh healing parsley and cilantro while boiling the pasta.

Bring everything to a pan to mix the content. Add more cheese if you need to. Super delicious Italian meal!

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Mac'n Cheese

💠 This is a much healthier version that looks like traditional  Mac'n cheese but it is full of nutrients from cauliflower. Kids approved. 

1️⃣ Organic Cauliflower

very handy: cut and clean for you. This size serves 2-3 people.

2️⃣ Organic frozen Veggie Mix

3️⃣  Gluten-free Organic Elbow Pasta 

4️⃣ Vegan Mozzarella 

Cook the cauliflower in a pan with organic olive oil and Organic Frozen Mirepoix.

Add some salt, organic turmeric, Organic Ginger, and this Italian seasoning. 

Cook in the oven until cheese is melted. If you need to, add this approved salt.

Blend all with some cheese while boiling the pasta,  bring everything to a pan to mix the content. Add more cheese if you need to. Dinner is served! It is an amazing dish made with high protein content and high nutrient. Alkaline and high in lysine. 

Gluten-free 4 cheese Pizza

This is my favorite 4 cheese Guten free pizza combination. It tastes like an Italian-made pizza. 

Made with a gluten-free crust

Cauliflower  Pizza Crust 

4 organic cheese:

1️⃣ Organic Bufala Mozzarella

made with Organic Pasteurized Buffalo Milk; Salt; Cheese Cultures; Rennet; Lactic Acid (Natural Preservative)

2️⃣ Organic goat cheese

with garlic & Herb, both of which are rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor.

3️⃣ Organic swiss cheese  these or provolone cheese

both made with pasture-raised cows.

4️⃣ Organic pecorino 

made in Italy

Cut the cheese into pieces and add on the frozen pizza crust.

Add this Italian seasoning  and organic olive oil

Cook in the oven until cheese is melted. If you need to, add this approved salt.

Organic Grass-fed Burger 

This is one of my favorite beef brands for lasagna and burgers.🍔

Cooke the beef into patties, melt the cheese on the top by covering it with a lid. Warm the bread in the oven.

Spread the mayonnaise and ketchup and add organic romaine to the sandwich.

Organic Mix  Veggie Salad 

Here is my favorite salad dish made with all California proposition 65 Warning-free ingredients!🍔 

1️⃣ Organic Girl Romaine 🌱 One 16 oz package of Organic Prairie Pasture-Raised 90% Lean

2️⃣ Organic Microgreens Kale Organic

3️⃣  Organic ready to eat beets 

4️⃣ Organic shredded  carrots

Mix all with this organic olive oil.

Add organic avocado and this approved salt.

A great salad approved by my nutritionist is ready!  

Organic Gluten-free Tuna Melt

💚 Here are the safest ingredients for a tuna melt.

Organic Gluten-free Lasagna

💚 As Italian I grew up with homemade lasagna. I recreated a Gluten-free version that I approve!

This is easy to make, USDA Certified organic and all gluten-free while high in protein! Here are all the ingredients I currently use for my  organic homemade gluten-free lasagna

1️⃣ Organic gluten-free lasagna: 

made with Organic Yellow Lentil Flour, Organic Brown Rice Flour.

2️⃣ Organic Bufala Mozzarella

made with Organic Pasteurized Buffalo Milk; Salt; Cheese Cultures; Rennet; Lactic Acid (Natural Preservative)

3️⃣ Organic lean Grass-fed meat

90% lean ground beef with just 10% fat. USDA Certified Organic

4️⃣ Organic pecorino 

Tastier and healthier than parmiggiano

💕Cook the meat with this organic frozen diced onion, celery carrots brand and set them aside. Boil the lasagna sheet and layer in an oven-safe container, add mozzarella cut in small pieces, cooked meat, and pecorino.

Start with another layer and all the steps again. I suggest 3 layers. then cook all of them in an oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mozzarella is completed melted!👏 
It is acid reflux approved since it is tomatoes-free.

If you need to, add this approved salt.

💚For vegan,  replace meat with organic zucchini

Low Mercury Wild Salmon Cakes

💠 I tried to eat fish 2-3 times a week as recommended by my nutritionists. I found this brand that makes eating fish safer since they test and select only fish with lower tuna

Ingredients:

1️⃣ SAFE CATCH’S WILD PINK SALMON

The lowest mercury limit of any salmon brand. 

2️⃣  Gluten-free Arrowroots

3️⃣ Organic Cauliflower powder

4️⃣ Organic Mayonneise 

The only mayonnaise on the market to be vegetable oil-free,  without added sugar, gluten, soy, or canola oil, so you can indulge without compromise. You can get it directly from the brand here.

Mix in the bowl salmon, mayonnaise, add this Italian seasoning and organic olive oil.

Create small burgers with your hands, then covered all the sides with a mix of arrowroots and cauliflower power. Cook the pans until gold. Serve with a rich organic salad.
